Historians, scientists and artists alike would have their hands full with the sheer amount of museums, famous crypts, universities and science laboratories that Paris has got to offer. One of the most famous of the city’s museums would be the Louvre. With lines extending out into the streets surrounding it, there is no questioning the fact that this is one stop that you simply cannot skip.

In fact, it should be among the top things to do in Paris France for you.The Grand Louvre is one of the world’s largest museums at 652,300 sq. ft. It houses around 35,000 items, from the prehistoric times to the 19th century and some of the most recent produced modern works of art. A tour on the Louvre would take approximately one whole day, as it is divided into eight departments which includes antiquities from Egypt, Greece, Near East, Etruscan, Rome. It is, of course, the home to some of the world’s most famous paintings such as Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa.

It is one of the things that first thought enters your head when people speak of Paris. You guessed it right! La Tour Eiffel! This amazing structure stands tall and proud in the city center. No trip to Paris would be complete without taking a photo with it. But the best way to experience the tower is to ride a lift to the 1st and 2nd floors where you’ll be given the grandest view of Paris herself. Needless to say, this has got to be one of the things to do in Paris France that you simply cannot pass up.

Arguably the most romantic city on Earth, every single year hundreds of couple get engaged in some part of the city. After all, a lovely evening walk along the Seine is enough to make anyone fall in love. For daytime, having a picnic on Parc de la Villete would be great whilst watching the sunset at Parc de Belleville is a great way to cap off your day.

I used to live there and go back regularly as I get homesick! It is one of the most beautiful cities on this planet.

I love your pics taken from the Tour Eiffel.

Thanks for the memories!

Ian.
